George Trakas is the Director of Operations for the Illinois territory of SERVE Hospitality Group. He primarily oversees the day-to-day operations of the Illinois Cafés. Prior to joining SERVE, George was in the Commercial Real Estate Banking industry for 9 years. Additionally, George is an astute real estate investor owning multifamily properties in Illinois and Wisconsin. In his free time, George enjoys traveling, hiking, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family and friends. He, along with his wife, two sons, and rescue dog lives in the northern Chicago suburbs.
