Jamie Sawicki is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and currently serves as the District Manager for Michigan at SERVE Hospitality Group. Jamie began her journey with Tropical Smoothie Cafe in 2015 as a crew member and has steadily advanced through a variety of leadership roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence, team development, and company growth. In her current role, she oversees multiple locations across Michigan, supporting café teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and success. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time in the sun, traveling to new destinations, and reading a wide range of books.
