He has held leadership roles ranging from General Manager to Regional Manager and Director of Operations for a large franchise group. Scott leverages his expertise to drive operational excellence, enhance team development, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Outside of work, Scott lives with his wife and son. He enjoys attending sporting events and pursuing his passion for cars, maintaining an active and engaged lifestyle with his family.
