Steve serves as President - Finance & Operations for SERVE Hospitality Group, where he acts as the integrator, translating the Visionary’s ideas into execution and driving alignment and traction across the organization. He is responsible for company-wide execution and serves as the operational glue across all functions.

Steve is a CPA, licensed in North Dakota, and began his career in public accounting. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a private equity owned, founder-led platform roll-up. He has spent the majority of his career in senior financial leadership roles within Fortune 500 organizations.

Outside of his professional role, Steve and his wife, Nicky, are franchisees and own and operate Hounds Town Wixom. They have three grown children and reside in Lyon Township. In his free time, Steve can usually be found at Hounds Town with the puppies, tackling construction projects he probably should have hired out, or pursuing his true passion on the golf course.
