Korrin Metz is a District Manager for SERVE Hospitality Group, overseeing a portfolio of Tropical Smoothie Cafes across Southeastern Wisconsin and Northeastern Illinois. A results-driven servant leader, Korrin brings 15 years of experience in customer service operations, having spent the majority of her career honing her leadership approach at Starbucks.

She is passionate about building talent capability within her market and strengthening the community relationships of the areas we serve. Korrin is motivated by the opportunity to lead growth and foster a culture of excellence while supporting the development of her teams.

Korrin lives in the region and enjoys an Island Green as her go-to smoothie. When she is not in a cafe, she enjoys practicing yoga and spending quality time with her partner, Eric, and her golden retriever, PJ.
