Jordan Damron is a District Manager at SERVE Hospitality Group, where he supports café operations, team development, and overall performance across his market. Jordan began his career in the food service industry at age 16, working for a Tim Hortons franchisee, where he quickly excelled and earned his first General Manager role by the age of 19.

In 2017, Jordan expanded his experience by joining a Tropical Smoothie Café franchisee part-time. Two years later, he transitioned to SERVE Hospitality Group, where he was selected for SERVE’s Career Development Fast Track program—an opportunity that strengthened his leadership skills and operational expertise.

Jordan grew up in Taylor, Michigan, and continues to bring a strong work ethic and passion for developing people to his role at SERVE. In his free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, visiting amusement parks, and exploring new and exciting activities.
