George Trakas is a Managing Partner/Owner of the Illinois & Wisconsin side of the business. He prides himself on creating a workplace culture where employees can thrive and achieve goals they didn't think possible. Prior to partnering with Salem, George was in the Commercial Real Estate Banking industry for 9 years. Additionally, George is an astute real estate investor owning multifamily properties in Illinois and Wisconsin. In his free time, George enjoys traveling, hiking, playing the guitar, and spending time with his family and friends. He, along with his wife, three sons, and rescue dog lives in the northern Chicago suburbs.
