Tammy Trakas is the Vice President of Training & Development for the Illinois territory of SERVE Hospitality Group. She primarily oversees, influences and leads strategic learning and development initiatives across the Illinois market. In addition to her responsibilities at SERVE, Tammy works for an $18B tech company where she manages a team responsible for the Sales organization’s strategic initiatives and data analytics. Tammy carries a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from DePaul University as well as an MBA in Finance from The Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Chicago. Tammy lives in Northbrook, IL with her husband, two sons and rescue dog. When she is not running the show at SERVE, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and working out.
